At damonflores.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy below to understand how refunds and returns are handled.
1. Digital Products (Beats, Drum Packs, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.
Once a file has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Please review product descriptions and demo materials carefully before purchase.
2. Physical Products (Merchandise)
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
3. Services (Mixing, Custom Work)
Payments for services are non-refundable once work has started.
If you cancel before work begins, a refund (minus any transaction fees) may be issued.
Final deliveries are considered completed projects and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@damonflores.com with photos of the issue.
We will replace the product at no additional cost.
