At damonflores.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy below to understand how refunds and returns are handled.

1. Digital Products (Beats, Drum Packs, Downloads)

• Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

• Once a file has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.

• Please review product descriptions and demo materials carefully before purchase.

2. Physical Products (Merchandise)

• You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

3. Services (Mixing, Custom Work)

• Payments for services are non-refundable once work has started.

• If you cancel before work begins, a refund (minus any transaction fees) may be issued.

• Final deliveries are considered completed projects and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@damonflores.com with photos of the issue.

• We will replace the product at no additional cost.
